എ.എം.എ.ഐ. ക്ക് വിജയം! സർജറി ഉത്തരവിന് സ്റ്റേ ഇല്ല – സുപ്രീം കോടതി ആയുർവേദത്തിലെ ശല്യ, ശാലാക്യ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ ധാരികൾക്ക് 58 ഇനം ശസ്ത്രക്രിയക്ക് അനുമതി നല്കിയ സി.സി.ഐ.എം റഗുലേഷൻ സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്യണമെന്ന ഐ.എം.എ യുടെ ആവശ്യം സുപ്രീം കോടതി തള്ളി. എ.എം.എ.ഐ യുടെ തടസ്സ വാദം കേട്ടതിന് ശേഷമാണ് കോടതി ഉത്തരവ്. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് നോട്ടീസയക്കാൻ കോടതി ഉത്തരവായി. പ്രധാന ഹർജിയിൽ തീരുമാനമാകും വരെ സി.സി.ഐ.എം റഗുലേഷൻ നിലനില്ക്കും. കേസിൽ എ.എം.എ.ഐ മുൻകൂട്ടി കവിയറ്റ് ഹർജിസമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു.
