Kannur, February 5: The 38th Annual State Council Meeting of Ayurveda Medical Association of India ( AMAI) was inaugurated by Smt KK Shailaja Teacher, Hon Minister for Public Health and Ayush at RubcoAuditorium, Kannur. AMAI State President, Dr. G Vinod Kumar presided the function. Dr. Rejith Anand, General Secretary, AMAI presented the annual report, Dr. Mansoor Ali Gurukkal, Treasurer, AMAI, presented Account report and Dr. Usha K Puthumana, Convenor Vanitha Committee presented Vanitha Committee report. Smt P K Sreemathy MP of Kannur delivered the keynote address. Leaders representing different Ayurveda organizations and social and political leaders were also present at the function. Minister Smt KK Shailaja Teacher presented AMAI Awards. More than 500 delegates from 14 districts of State were present at the function.
