2nd National Ayurveda Day: Kerala State Inauguration

2017 Oct 17, Kochi: Second National Ayurveda day celebrations was officially inaugurated by Smt KK Shailaja Teacher, Hon Minister for Health Kerala at Ramavarma Club Ernakulam today evening. National Ayush Mission, Indian Systems of Medicine, Kerala, Department of Ayurveda Medical Education,Drugs Control Department, Kerala State Medicinal Plants board and Ayurveda Medical Association of India jointly hosted the programme. Pain Management through Ayurveda is the theme of current year Ayurveda Day.  Medical plants saplings and Aparjitha Dhooma Churna ( Herbal disinfectant) were distributed in the venue. A free bone mineral density test camp was also conducted. Experts from Ayurveda fraternity addressed the gatherings. Dr G Vinod Kumar, President, Ayurveda Medical Association of India felicitated the meeting.
